AOTMP is seeking an experienced and innovative candidate to join our staff at the Indianapolis headquarters. The Knowledge Operations Specialist will work as an integral part of a collaborative knowledge operations team and will be responsible for the design and development of live and on-demand WBT as well as certification Boot Camp ILT.

Requirements
EDUCATION:
- 5 years of financial/operations telecom experience
- Four years experience creating WBT, ILT and supporting course materials.
- Two years experience using interactive multimedia technology.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Advanced capabilities with Microsoft products (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
- Demonstrated evidence of professional experience as an instructor/trainer
- Knowledge of current and emerging instructional technologies and design (ToolBook a plus) as well as an in-depth understanding of issues related to online teaching and learning.
- Demonstrated competency to communicate and translate technology and telecommunication terms understandably to the end-user.
- Candidate must be able to work in a team environment and be detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects within deadlines and on budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, analysis, design, development, deployment and evaluation of learning materials.
- Analyze content, target audience, job tasks, and learner environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies and define learning objectives.
- Analyze input of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to develop and modify instructional material.
- Identify user needs, analyze and logically organize complex technical information, including industry text and manuals, and transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective programs.
- Develop training materials for both WBT and ILT learning opportunities.
- Convert existing ILT material to an online or blended delivery format.
- Travel requirement 25%
