Job Summary

Speak with clients via inbound calls to service customer needs, describe and explain products, makes recommendations, and secures sales. Record and report results of all calls. Possesses an in-depth understanding of company products and licensing requirements. Solicits and verifies sales of the organization’s products and /or services, upgrade calls, retains customers and cross selling, while maintaining service levels and quality.

Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Stable work history
• Exp. in customer service / sales, insurance or call center a plus!!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proven track record as an energetic, self-starter
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive thinker with a can-do attitude
• Proficient with basic word processing and computer applications
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization, and customer service
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a Licensed Insurance Agent or be willing to acquire license in applicable state(s)
