Description Are you looking for the right opportunity within Accounting. Well, Steverson Accounting Professionals has a role with one of our major clients within the Energy Industry. For over 25 years this company has been in the Houston market represented as one of the leaders in their industry.

The ideal candidate for the Joint Venture Accounting role will perform the following daily:

1. Ensure compliance with legislation and requirements of the authorities
2. Further knowledge of all joint operating agreements
3. SAP support within joint venture accounting
4. Handle audits and analysis of all joint ventures
5. Have experience with COPAS

Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting
5+ years of experience within accounting and controlling in the oil and gas industry
1+years of experience with joint venture audit
Understanding of accounting principles related to the oil & gas industry
