Managing a variety of projects, this highly analytical multi-tasker will lead cross-functional teams and identify strategic opportunities while providing oversight to meet hotel operating performance initiatives. Duties involve closely interacting with business units and IT developing effective communications and rollout plans to ensure that revenue management and distribution objectives are achieved.

 
Reporting to our Vice President, Revenue Management & Distribution in Sliver Spring, MD, this distinguished “I CAN” professional must possess:
 
  •  Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Hotel, Business, Finance, IT or related area
  •  Minimum 5+ years experience, ideally in a consulting, Fortune 500 or significant lodging environment
  •  Expertise in financial modeling and business case development  
  •  Ability to lead cross-functional teams 
  •  Impressive communication and presentation skills
