Description

Responsibilities:

Receive inbound phone calls, return phone messages and follow-up on previous phone calls
Answer questions regarding the treatment program
Provide positive and persuasive responses to ensure potential patients thoroughly understand the opportunity that the Centers offer
Schedule appointments
Respond to email inquires

Requirements

Knowledge, skills, abilities:

Outgoing, Pleasant and Positive Personality
Articulate with Excellent Telephone Skills
High School Diploma
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to a fast-paced setting
1-2 years Healthcare and/or Inside Sales Experience

Physical Requirements:

Light - The ability to lift/carry 15 lbs maximum with 10 lbs. infrequently.
