Our WDM client, a leader in the Insurance industry is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team!

Position Specifics:

Answering inbound calls regarding all premium, benefit and claims questions on individuals Insurance plans.
Qualified individuals must have prior longevity in a call center or customer service role.
Successful candidates must be able to navigate through multiple computer screens.
Must have good time management, and be able to adapt to a fast paced work environment.
