Job Description 

South Jersey Healthcare Center is a premiere health care facility, providing the very best in sub-acute, rehab and long term care available.  We are seeking a talented Admissions/Marketing Director to work developing to maintain and build patient census for our skilled nursing facility located in  Camden/Burlington County, NJ.  We are just accross the road from Cooper Hospital.

Job Purpose: 

Develop and maintain contact with referral sources; tour and follow up procedures that result in a high percentage admission rate from qualified inquires.

 

Responsible for development of facility marketing plan; maintain current information on overall product trends and competitors. Perform screening assessments and coordination of treatment plans with other facility personnel.

  

Responsible for regular reporting of progress, versus goals. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

  • Must Have 3-5 Years Health Care Experience,  preferably in resident admissions.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Marketing Experience.

  • Ability to be persistent and successful on sales calls.

  • Able to manage multiple projects and maintain a high level of organization

  • Prior Long-Term Care/Sub-Acute experience Preferred.
  • Nurses, social workers and other health care professionals with appropriate experience are encouraged to apply
