Description Accounts Payable Clerk- P/T

Schryver Medical has an opening for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in our offices near I-70 and Peoria. This position is available from 2-6pm daily, M-F. Previous accounting experience or schooling is requested. Accounting students are encouraged to apply.

Duties will include sorting mail, matching invoices, coding G/L accounts, matching checks, completing spreadsheets and filing. May include keying of data, entering expense forms and reconciling accounts. This is a high volume, fast-paced setting with strict deadlines.

Pay range is $10-$12/hour.

Requirements *Must be detail oriented and proficient in use of WORD and EXCEL.

*Ability to use 10-key is required. Stong work ethic and attendance a must.

*All qualified candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
