Asst-Manager


GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Assumes full responsibility for operations, training and development of all employees within a Sonic Drive-in; including the execution of all policies, procedures, programs and systems, including the Sonic Operations Manual. Creates and maintains an “Undeniable” environment

.
COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary based upon experience. Percentage of profits paid monthly.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent required. Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred); two (2) years required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field are preferred. Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision.

 

 

Requirements
  • Demonstrated restaurant operations experience.
  • Ability to interview, hire and train other employees.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively drive sales and profits.
  • Ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty.
  • Proven success of building and cultivating strong positive working relationships.
  • Computer literate in Windows based programs.
