E-Marketing Production Manager

Manage and produce a high volume of Marketing email campaigns. Create and maintain complex HTML/CSS documents for web site updates. Co-ordinate with Marketing Project Managers, production staff, and others as necessary to ensure completion of electronic marketing campaigns. Act as the interface with Information Systems regarding web sites, email systems, and content management/publishing systems.

• Personally perform all tasks necessary to create and maintain HTML documents for web and email for multiple clients including "hand-coding" HTML. Manage production and deployment of graphics for HTML documents. Work with content databases to update multiple web sites.
• Personally perform all tasks necessary to deploy marketing e-mails under tight deadlines.
• Ensure E-Marketing work is consistent with industry best practices: HTML validation, 528 accessibility, and effective use of CSS.
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques into production workflow.
• Monitor site error reports, initiate corrective action as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

•  Expert knowledge in standards-based web production; HTML and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and some experience with Flash.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Content Management Systems a plus.
• Familiarity with InDesign in a mixed Windows/Macintosh environment a plus.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, ASP.Net preferred.
• Aggressive self-starter who works well in a very demanding environment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent required.
