Description Inside Sales & Marketing RepresentativesPRISM Marketing Services, in its 14th year of providing state-of-the-art marketing and sales support services to Client companies world-wide, is expanding and has immediate openings for Full Time Inside Sales & Marketing Reps with a drive to succeed and a desire to grow - Client Reps, Sr. Client Reps and Project Coordinators.

The ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years Inside Sales and/or Business-to-Business Customer Service experience or exposure in any of the following fields:

Medical/Healthcare/Pharma

Telecommunications Systems and Services

Technology

A positive attitude with strong inter-personal skills, excellent telephone communication skills and PC proficiency are required. In addition, the ability to work independently in a minimally structured environment is important. These unique and diverse positions offer the opportunity to support our Clients in building and managing their customers throughout the entire business life cycle.

Multi-tasking responsibilities include providing services related to Database Marketing, Market Research, Customer Care and Event Registration.

Benefits Include:

3 month employee retention bonus

Base wage $10.00+ per hour (depending on position)

Commission of $1-$2/hour extra (paid bi-weekly)

2 weeks vacation

5 sick days
