What you will be doing:

 

 

This position will be responsible for the launch and ongoing management of the advertising programs via a combination of media trafficking, internal tracking/analysis/reporting, and ongoing management and quality control of media partners.

  • Cultivate relationships, both with online media partners and internal teams, to ensure client programs are launched on time with 100% accuracy including:
    • Internal campaign initiation and Insertion Order creation
    • Creative request development and management
    • Campaign ID link development and management
    • Media material trafficking
  • Manage existing program tracking, optimization and reporting processes.
  • Support Campaign Manager on media partner relationships to ensure a consistent flow of communication and revenue
  • Utilize client monthly audits and ad hoc client requests to ensure existing programs are implemented as planned and compliant with client guidelines.
Requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing or advertising
  • 1-2 years experience with online media, offline media, or direct marketing
  • Computer literacy required, including competency with Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must be able to communicate cross-functionally to gain consensus in order to execute programs and proposals
  • Must be able to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be detail oriented with strong Excel skills
  • Must be highly motivated and work well both within a team environment as well as independently
  • Required to maintain a professional, respectful, friendly relationship with co-workers, Clients and suppliers
  • Position will include extensive computer and telephone usage
  • Some overnight travel required
