Description Company is building their IVD specialty division in the US. Currently 4 sales reps across the country are selling into reference labs. Company is looking for a candidate with hybrid experience of sales, sales management, and operational marketing experience. Most importantly someone who has sold into the laboratory environment, built sales teams from the ground up, experience working in small or medium size companies, “driver" personality, motivated, team player, goal orientated.

Requirements

· A bachelors degree (MBA preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible diagnostics marketing and sales experience (preferably autoimmune experience), with 2 to 3 years of managerial experience;

· The ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment;

· The ability to be flexible, open-minded, and adapt successfully to changing business conditions;

· Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate orally and in writing on a strategic, tactical and operational level, including the ability to present complex topics in a simple way;

· Proven professional marketing expertise, solid decision-making skills, and a history of achieving operational goals;

· Strong conceptual/strategic thinking capabilities;

· Experience in financial analysis and the preparation of financial models to analyze sales, costs, etc.;

· Technical experience with immunological testing systems and a background in Autoimmunity (preferred); and

· The ability to travel approximately 50% of time.
