Guardian Healthcare Providers is currently recruiting a Physical Therapist to fulfill a part time contract in the Moberly area. This opportunity will provide therapy services in a child in a home bound setting. Typical services include:
- Screening and evaluating patients.
- Delivering a full range of assessments and treatment plans including therapeutic application of physical and chemical agents and exercise to maximize functional independence.
- Establishing objectives and documenting progress of identified objectives.
- Conducting patient education and counseling.
- Promoting and maintaining health, quality of life, and fitness in all ages and populations.
