National healthcare company is looking for a talented Healthcare Recruiter for Nashville, TN. The right candidate will possess the following experience and qualities:

• 2 years minimum direct healthcare recruiting experience.
• A strong track record of hiring quality clinicians, nurse and allied health experience a plus.
• Skilled in effectively sourcing candidates from a variety of sources.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with individuals at all professional levels.
• Proficient computer skills including the Internet and MS Office.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Motivated by being compensated for your achievements.                                  

This opportunity will allow the Healthcare Recruiter to:

• Work directly for the hospital.
• Meet with and establish relationships with the hiring managers.
• Have access to strong candidate lead sources.
• Be a part of the full recruiting and hiring cycle.

Strong compensation package that includes base salary, full benefits and commission, $75,000 to $90,000 first year is very attainable.
