Description

Mid America Glass Block -Bath Doctor & Clear Choice Window and Door Company Divisions is looking for a full time Sales Representative to sell it's home improvement  product  lines  (which include glass blocks, vinyl replacement windows, exterior doors, and bathtub and shower liners) in the home. We provide a comprehensive compensation package.

The ideal candidate is an honest individual with effective time management and follow up skills, has a good understanding of construction, is competent in computer systems, and has the drive, desire, and ability to effectively sell home improvement products in the home.



Previous sales experience required



Principle Job Responsibilities

  • Direst sales calls to homeowners, real estate investors, home improvement contractors and builders in the Northeast Ohio market from company generated and self-generated leads ( about 85% of the leads are generated  through company advertising and promotional efforts and our pre-schedules for our reps).
  • Measure window and wall projects, provide estimates, and write up sales orders
  • Enter sales opportunities into ACT system for future follow up.
  • Plan organize, and manage time effectively.
  • Staff residential and business to business trade shows.


Compensation Plan

  • Expected full time earnings in year 1 should range between $40,000 and $75,000.

Expectations of Sales Representative Posititon

  • Close a high percentage of company generated leads
  • allocate time to continuously learn and become knowledgeable about the company's products, the  competition, and the craft of sales. This will involve self learning and participation in company training programs.
  • Develope a firm understanding of the installation process and be able to explain this process to homeowners and targeted customer groups (remodelers, builders, real estate investors ect.)
  • Staff consumers and business to buiness trade shows.
  • Must be available for sales calls and office order processing time between. Monday-Friday (8am- 6pm) and Saturday (8am-Noon)
