Requirements

We are looking for a Front of House manager for our Middleton location.  In order to provide the best of the best, we seek the best of the best!  To ensure this, we require:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant management position - full service chain restaurant experience is preferred;
  • Experience building and managing successful teams;
  • The desire to coach and develop people;
  • Superb interpersonal and written communication skills;
  • Strong ethics and good judgment;
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to respond quickly to change;
  • Passion for the business;
  • The desire to have FUN!
