Job Description 

 We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager with a stable growing company in Medina County.  Our client is a leader in their industry and has experienced significant growth in the last 5 years.  The revenue of the organization has increased by 300% during this time frame and they are on pace to increase head count by 10% in 2010.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions for several large divisions
  • Manage month-end and quarter-end closes
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Report to Controller and CFO
  • Lead a team of 7 professionals
  • Special projects
  • Streamline processes, implement policies and procedures
 


Job Requirements 

Requirements:
  • B.S./B.A. in Accounting, Finance or related
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • Medium to large company experience
  • Experience in public accounting a plus
  • Previous experience with Month/Quarter/Year End Financial Reporting
  • Previous experience managing accounting professionals 
  • Strong project manager skills
  • FP&A experience a plus, but not required
