Specialists promote Sprint’s products and services while retaining customer requesting to disconnect their service and handling customer care calls. Following are the minimum requirements for this position:

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. College Degree preferred, but not required
3. A minimum of 3-5 years of business-to-business sales & customer service experience
4. Have prior complex negotiating experience
5. Strong computer skills using Windows based systems, including databases
6. Experience toggling between a minimum of 10-20 screens within a variety of applications
7. Ability to learn technically challenging information quickly
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekends
9. Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment
10. Background check/drug-screen required
