Position Overview: 

Bally Total Fitness is currently looking for motivated managers to drive our sales goals. If you have a passion for fitness, we can provide you with a great opportunity to take your career to the next level!

 

 

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for the profitability of our health clubs
  • Oversee, develop and motivate inside sales staff
  • Manage revenue streams for membership, retail, and personal training sales



Requirements

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years or older to apply
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior sales management experience – fitness industry sales experience preferred
  • Proven and effective sales track record
  • Ability to generate revenue
  • Interest in the fitness industry a must!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Results oriented with a commitment to team success
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
