JuriStaff is currently working with corporations in Western Illinois  who are considering retaining temporary attorneys for the following areas:

*Products Liability (management of outside counsel experience preferred)

*Securities (transactional/SEC reporting experience) to assist with workload spikes

*M*A to assist with workload spikes

*Patent Prosecution to assist with workload spikes

*Antitrust to assist with litigation matters and government investigation projects.

Our clients would prefer someone with both in house and law firm experience.  Seeking a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and admittance to any state bar.  Duration of temporary projects are indefinite.
