We are looking for a person to fill our inside telephone sales position to promote this training for a new career.

Inside Sales / Enrollment Counselor

Requirements - Inside Sales / Enrollment Counselor:

  • Inside phone sales experience necessary
  • 2 years + Inside Phone Sales Experience , Admissions or Staffing experience a plus
  • Associates Degree or higher and/or equivalent experience
  • To be successful, our prospective enrollment counselors must be empathic listeners, efficient problem solvers, and aggressive closers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced working environment and multi-task

 

Description:

  • Have the unique opportunity of promoting the largest school of its kind with a variety of programs that include both hands on and classroom instruction
  • Set daily/weekly goals and call plans and follow through on such goals to meet/exceed enrollment requirements for each class start.
  • Help prospective students see the value of the opportunity in a variety of industries and choose from different length programs. Discuss benefits of training and demand for such in the industry. Help them overcome obstacles/objections. Lead them through admissions process; from the first call to the first day of class.
  • Complete Enrollment applications with Leads interested in pursuing Associated Training Services for their training.
  • Discuss financial assistance and job placement with prospective students and provide campus tours.
  • Reports to Admissions Director/School Director
