This is really a great opportunity to work in a very fine facility, with a very fine pharmacy staff.  This hospital is located in the Steven Point, Wisconsin area, and is a beautiful area abounding with summer and winter activities. The pharmacist will be responsible for the effective delivery of pharmacy services to the patient population:
Unit drug dosing and distribution
IV admixture
Adherence to drug formulary
Maintenance of drug library
Consulting with medical personnel
Overseeing pharmacy techs
Ensuring positive patient outcomes

DAY SHIFTS - 8 HOURS
1 OF 4 WEEKENDS

• Degree in Pharmacy - Pharm D preferred, but not required

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing

• 1+ years experience in hospital OR will train experienced pharmacists from other venues

• will consider recent Pharm D grads with relevant rotations

• Team oriented professional

• Good communication skills

• Positive attitude and personality

• PC literate
