Description The Manager of Pending Sales Account Services will oversee all on-site and off-site Pending Sales Account Collection Functions. This individual will also conduct skill assessments, identify training opportunities, provide continuous training courses and assist in the collection effort by working delinquent accounts and handling difficult owner issues.

* Manage and achieve departmental goals, objectives and action plans
* Conducts staff meetings, schedules, career development and coaching
* Assist with the development of training policies, programs and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company processes and systems, or changes in policies, procedures or services for the Contract Administration teams
* Assist with testing of systems to improve the quality and efficiency of the department
* Assist Sales management with resolving difficult collection owner issues
Requirements * 3 to 5 years management experience in a related field preferred
* 1 year cash handling experience required
* 3 to 5 years related experience in a fast paced resort environment
* Must be able to type at least 45 WPM
* Must have a 3 years collection experience within banking or timeshare industry preferred
* Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of details
* Must be a highly motivated self-starter, who can effectively prioritize, multi-task and manage to accomplish objectives within tight deadlines
* Able to solve conflict
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality
* Must have strong organization skills and ability to recognize and deliver on apriority items in a timely manner
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interface officiate with all levels of employees and work effective in a collaborative team environment
* Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
* Advanced written communication skills and excellent verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* High School Diploma required, higher education preferred
