Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Manager Summary:
Reports To: Director of Sales
Department: Sales
Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager Includes:
- Provides direct communication and solutions to Customers in a territory, while maintaining and growing customer revenue through diversified selling of all service offerings.
- Utilizes effective cost management while implementing and supporting the Company’s long term strategy objectives (The Five Points).
- Is responsible for outbound strategy of tractors inbound to his/her territory.
- Develop strong working relationships with his/her counterparts in Sales, Operations and Corporate Strategy.
- Securing business that optimizes our Spider-web network resulting in increased profitability for the Company’s shareholders.

Requirements for Regional Sales Manager Sales:

- Overall customer intermodal growth towards goal
- Utilized Salesforce.com for Pipeline, Call Notes & New Business Process
- Travel and on-site visits meet or exceed Directors expectations
- Will work from personal home office
Fundamental Skills:
Education
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years transportation sales experience
Required Skills
- Strong oral communication and good computer skills High degree of professional integrity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks Strategic and tactical planning Can see the “Big Picture"

- Must possess a positive attitude while aggressively pursuing Company goals

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended period of time.
- Standing, sitting, bending, stooping, walking and climbing stairs.
- Must be able to lift, carry and manipulate up to 20 lbs.

- Ability to read significant volumes of written material.
- Ability to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
