Requirements for the Assistant Manager Position

• Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of current restaurant management experience in QSR, fast casual, family or casual dining
• Salary range for this position is $32K - $38.5K/year
• The ability to build a successful team
• Possess an “on hands" management style
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem solving skills
• Should show positive salary/career progression in previous work history
• Two years of college preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check

Requirements for the Fast-Track General Manager Position

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience with at least 2 years as GM.

• Salary range for this position:  $36K - $42K

• Must be able to pass a background check
