Great opportunity for to gain experience in the accounting field. Accountants Intl. is working with a Northern Nevada division of an international company to help them identify a Junior Accountant. This person will be responsible for processing month end invoicing and distribution, approving and creating manual invoices for scheduled bills, pre-bills, and prepaid invoices in SAP. Review and investigate discrepancies between billing systems. Maintain and update online advertising billing metrics, generate monthly reports, help process e-invoices, consolidate invoices on a monthly basis for specific international customers, and ad hoc analysis.
