Customer Service Representative – Call Center
Position: Call Center - Provide ongoing customer support for technology products and services to business, individual , and industrial customers. Role is multi-faceted. Will be required to handle inbound technical problems, customer service issues, inbound sales calls, and order processing.
This is not an IT / IS position!
Working Hours: Must be flexible - Evening Hour (2nd Shift) with possible weekends.
Essential Functions:
ð Handles inbound customer service calls.
ð Provides technical support via inbound calls.
ð Trouble shoots and resolves technical issues.
ð Handles inbound / outbound emails and i-chats.
ð Assists customers with returns, questions, problems or issues.
ð Enters customer information into the computer. Process updates accordingly.
ð Handles irate customers and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor.
ð Works with Inside Sales Representatives, Technical Support and other team members to provide superior service.

Qualifications:
ð Call Center experience required.
ð 3-4 years previous Customer Service experience and (or) 1-2 years technical support (does not have to be within an IT department.
ð Excellent communication, listening, and problem solving skills.
ð Strongly prefer experience with MAC Hardware / Software and products.
ð Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced, call center environment.
ð Good data entry skills.
ð Ability to multi-task and sense of urgency of business needs.
