Account Executive - Sales

 

    Are you a hard charging sales executive that enjoys B2B hunting but would rather do it from a telephone? If you are that person, we have a prospect list of larger mid market to Fortune 1000 companies waiting for you. Do you want to work for a fast growing Information Solutions organization that has an impressive client list ? If you answered yes to these things then we want to talk to you. AOMTP has quickly become the place that enterprise telecom and IT departments look to assist in driving efficiency in their environments.

 

    We are seeking EXPERIENCED  B2B sales professionals that have a proven track record of success, are financially motivated and who would like the opportunity to advance in a growing company. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and a clear understanding of prospecting, building pipeline and needs based selling.

 

Account Executives are expected to:

 

  • Make 80+ prospecting calls per day
  • Be Comfortable conversing with C-Level Decision Makers
  • Conduct Needs Analysis
  • Meet Monthly Sales Quota

 

Work Environment:

 

    The individuals chosen will work company provided leads and make 80 to 90 calls per day. You must be comfortable with the inside sales environment and making outbound prospecting sales calls.

 

The compensation package includes a generous base salary plus monthly commissions based on performance. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year, 10 paid holidays, 401k and much more!

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

 

  • A strong work ethic and a clear understanding of prospecting and building a pipeline
  • Solution based selling experience
  • Business to business sales experience 
  • Knowledge of the Telecom or IT industry would be helpful
  • Salesforce.com database experience a plus.
