We are currently searching for a licensed Program Director/Therapy Manager at our beautiful Forest Glen Health Campus in Springfield, OH . The candidate shall be responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions, consistent with the overall program development and productivity standards.
You must hold an active or pending therapy state licensure to apply for this position.

Requirements The incumbent shall be a graduate of an accredited bachelor or masters degree program and hold a current license as a physical or occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist, or be a graduate of a two year associate degree program and hold a current license as a physical or occupational therapy assistant. A track record of successful management experience and successful patient care experience is required. Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is desirable. Provision of own transportation is necessary.
