Customer Service Representatives

It is estimated that approximately $8.1 billion* is spent in the United States each year on treatment of Breast Cancer.  For this reason, SmartTalent is proud to partner up with a company in Everett that helps raise money for this very special cause.  Do you always wish there was something you could do to affect the lives of others in a positive way?  Well here’s your chance.

About the position:

Starting Pay: $9/Hr with a pay increase after conversion plus FANTASTIC pay incentives!!!
Shift: Tuesday- Friday 12:00pm-8:45p.m. & Saturday 10:00a.m. (and you will work until you have completed your 40 hours) – Shift is not flexible

* This is an outbound call center

* EXCELLENT attendance is a requirement (you cannot miss any work during the first 30 days and you are allowed one day missed during the first 90 days)

* Must be comfortable with talking on the phone for 8 hours a day.
* Must be ok with sitting for a prolonged amount of time.

* Customer service background is preferred but not required.
* Must be able to commit to a full time temp to hire position, with an early conversion time!

* Every 2 minutes, there is a new breast cancer diagnosis.

* Every 14 minutes, a life is lost to the disease.

* Over 40,000 people will die this year; about 400 of them will be men.

* 85% of all diagnoses have no family history.

* 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer.

* Breast cancer is the leading cause of death in women between ages 40   and 55.
