Customer Service Phone Sales & Account Support Representative
Successful data recovery service is looking for the best and the brightest to join our young and ambitious sales team!
This is a customer service position with great rewards for a sharp, motivated, and collegial individual. Competitive base salary with the opportunity to increase your income by 20% from commission bonuses.
We provide training but previous sales, retail or customer service experience is required. IT experience is desirable. Familiarity with computers hardware and/or using customer relationship management software moves you straight to the front of the line!

Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate notes regarding contact with customers.
- Understand and communicate all services and software products and services, including new and varied technological features, and service options lineup to our customers.
- Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism and salesmanship through the use of relationship building and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrate a motivated and positive work ethic based on accountability and reliability.

Compensation
- $30K as a base wage, PLUS commission!
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Career-minded employees with:
- Some computer IT support experience
- 2 years proven track record of stable employment in customer service experience.
- Articulate, with strong oral and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented.
- Proven track record of success in sales of telecommunications products a plus
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a sales quota environment.
- Previous experience using computer-based tools essential
