The Opportunity:

 

This Hearing Healthcare Practice in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a dynamic individual to significantly grow the number of patients referred by physicians to the practice each month.  

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The primary responsibility of this position will be the development and management of physician referrals of patients to grow the practice.  This individual will make daily calls and visits to physician’s offices.  Additionally the employee will create letters and packets of information to leave behind, attend health fairs and schedule public speaking engagements. Most of the time, the Practice Development Representative is in the field prospecting with physicians and new referral sources. 

 

Requirements

Requirements:

  

  • Visit between 9 and 15 physicians per day.
  • Secure 21+ referrals/ month resulting in 12+ hearing aid sales.
  • Track results and report on them daily.
  • Develop and deliver weekly routing schedule to superior.
  • Work with owner/Director of Operations to create materials to deliver to physicians.
  • Schedule, create materials for and conduct public speaking engagements and health fairs.

  

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 2 – 3 years successful business-to-business sales experience required

· Experience visiting and marketing to physicians or other professionals strongly preferred.   

· Demonstrated sales results, organization, focus and determination

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
