Description

I. G. Burton  located in Milford and Seaford, DE is currently looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager with current General Motors experience, who understands General Motors stocking recommendations, option packages and incentives.  We strive for a 60 day turn in our new vehcile inventory.  You will have the opportunity to grow your career and adapt to our proven methods to increase sales.  We are looking for a proven leader in the industry for our new car operation.  Must have extensive knowledge with GM Dealer World and great factory relations.  EXTENSIVE GENERAL MOTORS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Five plus years of automotive sales experience required
Two years in a GM dealership management position preferred.

Requirements
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • A great work ethic is an absolute must
  • Must have previous Sales Management experience in a dealership
  • Must be able to backup finance and insurance department
  • Must be able to manage a large sales staff with big inventories
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Needs to maintain a high energy level
  • Must be able to lead by example
  • Customer satisfaction focussed
  • Dependable, on-time worker 
  • Verifiable track record of above average work ethic, closing ability, CSI and leadership capabilities
