Description

Concentrics Research is a niche CRO that provides clinical and patient-focused research to the pharmaceutical and devices industries for OTC and Rx products. We are currently seeking an experienced  Project Manager/Sales Consultant.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.                  Project Management

a.       Planning and managing research projects for Rx-to-OTC Switch programs and other Concentrics programs.

b.      Communicating effectively internally and externally.

c.       Assuring timelines and deliverables are met.

d.      Assuring outstanding client service.

2.                  Sales Consultant

a.       Identify new sales opportunities.

b.      Remain up-to-date about industry changes that may result in sales opportunities.

c.       Creating and managing a plan to remain in close touch with assigned clients for the purpose of expanding business.

d.      Demonstrating the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.

3.                  Service Development:

a.       Assist with new service development as needed.

 

Requirements Qualifications:     

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• 1-4 years of previous experience managing research projects in a CRO environment.

• 1-3 years clinical, medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical or regulatory experience 

 • Extensive experience with business applications including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project. 

 • Experience managing outside suppliers/consultants.

 • Domestic travel is minimal, but required occasionally for key projects (averages approximately 0-2 day per month).

 

Preferred:

 • Graduate degree: MS,Ph.D., Pharm,D.

 • PMP certification

 • 5+ years clinical, medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical or regulatory experience.

 • Experience with web management tools such as Microsoft SharePoint.

 • Previous experience as a regional clinical research associate (CRA) .

 • Previous experience as a clinical quality auditor.
