Qualified applicants should have:
- A minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in either the quick-service restaurant industry or a related field or a college degree with exposure to the restaurant or retail industry

Requirements
Candidate must be able to:
1) Supervise a shift of 7 or more team members
2) Arrange shift to achieve or exceed Burger King standards in the areas of speed of service, product preparation and facility cleanliness and maintenance.
3) Perform daily checklists to insure all food safety issues are eliminated and local health department requirements are followed.
4) Train and develop team members into management and leadership roles.
5) Accurately count and record inventory daily.
6) Insure proper shift controls are in place to maintain profitability with regards to cash, waste management, and inventory.
7) Resolve customer complaints in a timely and tactful manner
