Description Responsible for performing nursing duties. Forms an open and supportive therapeutic relationship with patients in a bilingual, culturally sensitive manner. Establishes and maintains open lines of communication with clinic personnel, outside agencies and provider referrals in order to facilitate the best and most effective patient care and education. Participates in and supports community wellness projects and initiatives. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and must have a Texas license in vocational nursing. Must have current CPR certification. Must have a minimum of two years experience in nursing.
