PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
3rd Shift
S&D Coffee, Inc, a growth oriented, World Class Beverage Industry Leader seeks a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to join our Concord, NC headquarters.
You will supervise shift employees and direct daily work processes; ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders; obtain/analyze efficiency data; assist with recruitment, hiring and training; and conduct period end/routine raw material inventory.
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school and three years' production supervisory experience (or equivalent education/experience) required; BA/BS preferred. Strong, math, analytical & computer skills are essential. Must have a strong initiative along with the ability to manage/motivate personnel and anticipate issues proactively.
