We are looking for a Software Analyst to work with the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) on-site at Ft. Bragg, NC.
Description: Under general supervision, analyzes, designs, develops, implements, troubleshoots and maintains software applications and management information systems for the Fort Bragg Directorate of Public Works Business Operations & Intergration Division (BOID). Applies a comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts, and techniques to the solution of complex assignments. Assignments require originality, ingenuity and the use of independent judgment. May have frequent contacts inside and outside of the Company. Improves DPW processes and systems by developing automated systems to improve business processes and DPW workflows. Works directly with customer subject matter experts to replace inefficient processes, often with customized automated systems. Works closely with DPW management, BOID Chief, DPW government personnel and other contract on-site personnel, under the direction of the Intergraph Fort Bragg DPW Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with 3 or more years of applicable experience.
- Must be experienced in design and development of user-friendly software applications for business use.
- Web-development and SQL-based database design experience required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Oracle required.
- Experience in C#, Java, Visual Studio and ASP.NET required.
- Experience in developing solutions for mobile devices a plus.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI).
