Marketing and Product Development Manager (Phoenix)

We are searching for a MOTIVATED & INSPIRED Marketing and Product Development Manager to play an integral role in leading and executing marketing ideas, product development, plans and solutions for a multi brand cosmetic distribution company, with a primary focus on resellers’ perspective, end customers, ecommerce and social networking.
Website experience also required.

Marketing and Product Development Manager will work closely with peers and sales team on campaigns, brand, CRM and e-commerce to deliver strategies and achieve business and customer goals.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, prioritize and work independently. Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in marketing management role with extensive experience in working closely with customers, strong digital marketing background, and a thorough understanding of retail and e-commerce. Marketing experience in the cosmetic field and understanding of the social networking space a HUGE plus.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and product development.  Product development experience in Cosmetics preferred.
* Solid understanding of retail, e-commerce, and the social networking space.
* Proven track record in developing integrated marketing plans in a highly competitive market space and ability to successfully execute programs.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Balanced work style that demonstrates business acumen, a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought and the drive for results.
*  Degree a plus.
