Office / Practice
Manager

As Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our teams provide the highest quality of care and service to each patient by maximizing the talent, skill and abilities of each team member. One of their most critical functions is to provide consistent leadership and open communication within the office. You will also be responsible for managing the financial resources of the practice, orienting new employees and ensuring that policies and processes are properly communicated and followed.

Qualified Applicants Will Possess:

• 5+ years' work experience, which includes 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Previous dental experience strongly preferred
• College degree preferred
• Insurance billing background
• Experience with directing a staff of 8-10 professionals
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and days
