This privately owned regional food production company is growing and looking to expand the capability of it’s management team.  They are looking for a leader comfortable on the production floor that can identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures.  Just maintaining the status quo is not the goal here!  A major new customer has high expectations and so do we!

Job Requirements 

·        Computerized smokehouse experience - THIS IS A MUST HAVE!!

·        Experience managing employees in manufacturing facility

·        Familiar with food production certification standards

·        Several years experience working 2nd or 3rd shift

·        High school diploma required, college degree desirable

·        Sanitation experience is highly desirable
