Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance

In your position with Arbor Insurance Group and Pennsylvania Insurance Alliance you will be responsible for processing, maintaining, and servicing existing accounts, as well as quoting new business for Pennsylvania Insurance Alliance member agencies and Arbor producers. You will interact with clients, producers, PIA member agents and other support staff as necessary to support the standards of excellence that Arbor and PIA provide to our clients and alliance members.
Your duties will include working on our agency management system, AMS 360, as well as quoting commercial accounts utilizing on line carrier rating systems and our real-time commercial lines comparative rater. You will report to our Commercial Lines Manager
Requirements
Applicants will be considered with following minimum experience:
- 3+ years of agency experience with Commercial Property and Casualty
- A current Property & Casualty License
- Strong computer skills with management system software
- Experience with on-line quoting preferred
- Strong work ethics and professionalism
- Articulate and effective communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Exceptional service orientation
- Strong typing skills
Additional experience desired:
- College degree helpful not mandatory
- Team oriented – works with and supports others in the team
- Desires to work with a very likable team of people
- Passion for building success within an organization
Your office hours would be 8:30am-5pm M-F with occasional additional hours as the position demands.
