International Manufacturing Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

• coordinate freight arrangements, prepare export shipping documents (Proforma documents) and resolve problems
• take incoming phone calls; quote prices, take and enter orders
• handle billing, credit and return authorization transactions
• facilitate order changes and update delivery status
• manage various projects as needed

• full cycle customer service experience from a manufacturing setting a must - NO CALL CENTER applicants will be considered
• experience preparing international export documents (Proforma documents)
  REQUIRED
• exposure to international shipping documents preferred
• good computer skills; Oracle a plus
• Bilingual Spanish fluency a plus
• exceptional customer rapport
