Description Since 1935, Milsco Manufacturing Company has been an innovative leader in the manufacture of seating products. The company is known for its consistently high quality products, breakthrough developments, and state-of-the-art manufacturing. Milsco provides a full range of functions from research and development to design and engineering, from manufacturing of components to final assembly including urethane foam molding, thermoforming, sewing, metal fabricating, and upholstery. We currently have an opening in our Static Operator Seat Division for a 2^nd shift Production Supervisor at our Thomson, Georgia facility (located in McDuffie County just outside of Augusta, GA).

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Assisting with quality training for associates
Ensuring production requirements and goals are met
Supervising and problem solving operations and workflow issues
Compiling and furnishing production information and statistics to Manufacturing Manager
Providing Manufacturing Manager with data-driven production updates
Providing first level escalation support to associates regarding HR issues

Qualifications:

2-4 years Supervisory experience managing (20-40 individuals) in a high-volume production environment
Ability to achieve performance goals through effective leadership combined with personal performance
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
