(MD1)
Overview
Kroger Mid-South Division offers a 19 week Management Development (MD1) Program. It consists of in depth training from all aspects of a grocery store atmosphere. Each candidate will be assigned to different stores for each module of training. Upon the successful completion of this training program he/she will then be assigned to a store as a Co-Manager. The primary focus of this candidate will be to effectively adhere to company policies and procedures; to ensure that he or she contributes to the best financial interests of the company; to provide exceptional customer service, keeping in mind that our customers come first in everything we do.

- Provide an atmosphere that allows and encourages associates to focus on their primary job of serving our customers.

- To develop the knowledge, performance capabilities and skills that is necessary to be proficient entry-level Kroger Co-Manager.

- Prior customer service experiences a plus.
