American WeatherTechs is a multi-million, multi-city company with offices in Cincinnati, Columbus, OH, Indianapolis and Dallas, with plans to expand into Chicago, Minneapolis, and Raleigh, NC within the next year.  We specialize in high-performance replacement windows, siding systems and roofing. 

What makes us different from our many competitors is 1) We offer far superior products and 2) through our unique marketing programs we keep our overhead to a minimum.  The result is that we can offer higher quality at lower prices.

We are currently seeking fun, outgoing, highly motivated people to work within our advertising / marketing department as Marketing Representatives.

This is an entry-level position with a tremendous opportunity for advancement.  We promote only from within, and every single person within in the company has started in this capacity.  The future leaders of our company will start in this role.

The position involves meeting with people on a face-to-face basis for just a few minutes at a time, describing to them how our advertising programs work.  If there is a fit, the Marketing Rep will schedule a follow-up appointment.  The objective is to speak with 20 – 30 people a day, 4 – 6 days a week.  We allow for a very flexible schedule, and have both full and part time available.  There is no telemarketing involved, and this is not a door-to-door canvassing campaign.  We have refined this program for over a decade, and the results speak for the themselves.

Successful Candidates must have:

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter
• Persistence
• Own vehicle for transportation.

All experience considered.  Sales experience a plus.

Our average Marketing reps earn between $500 and $1500 per week, but there is no cap on income potential.
