The services are determined after the client has been assessed. This is accomplished by meeting with a search consultant at which time an evaluation is made. The commitment is to work with the client until they have accepted a position of their choice. Fees range from 4% - 10% of base salary with the final payment due 45 days after client accepts the position.

                        EXECUTIVE SALES / NATIONAL SALES MANAGERS

Executive Sales Managers; National Sales Managers & Key Account Sales Managers with 15 or more years sales and/or sales management experience.

Proven track record of cultivating new business and maintaining and growing existing business.
 
Experience as a sales manager, executive manager or senior manager;

 

Bachelor's degree preferred.

 

Requirements

· 18+ years successful sales and business development experience

· Earning history of at least $150,000

· Must live within a commutable distance of Paramus, NJ

· A bachelor’s degree and M.B.A. desirable
