Description Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for self-motivated leaders to join our team and manage a $1 million business, and every hour of every day will present you with new, exciting challenges.

As a Restaurant General Manager at one of our BURGER KING® Restaurants, you will be an important member of the team who delivers operational excellence and meets aggressive financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
  • Ensure safety codes, company safety and security policy are met
  • Assist Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members
  • Disciplinary action, motivate and train employees
  • Ensure company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans

  • Requirements

    Relevant Work Experience:
    1+ years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry.

    Other Qualifications:


     

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English Language Proficiency

     

  • Strong math and Windows-based computer literacy
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Open/Flexible Schedule

     

  • Completed the following internal certification training programs or is       willing to complete them within the timeframe prescribed the Company, including but not limited to: Basic Management Training (BMT), Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment/Discrimination Training, Safety & Security Training
