Professional Help Desk/Call Center Representatives

Advantage in partnership with a growing fortune 500 company in Rockville, MD is seeking dedicated Help Desk/Call Center Professionals who enjoy helping and supporting customers over the phone. This is a long term temporary position within an amazing company where there is room for growth.

Requirements Qualified candidates must be able to function comfortably in a fast-paced, performance based help desk/call center environment and have the desire to learn and retain critical information .

Must have the following experience and qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Extremely professional and well spoken
Great attention to detail
Desire to learn
Able to work under pressure
2-3 years of related experience
Ability to priorize, organize and manage multiple tasks
Team focused
Open to change and MUST be able to work weekends and evenings
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
